I created these pieces after returning from a trip to Europe. My mind was full of images of sculpture, stained glass, reliquaries, clocks and fountains. My thoughts go to how we spend our time and how time passes as well as how light effect us. Light traveling though glass telling the stories of a religion , light traveling through our computers, phones and tv's giving us information and entertainment. I wanted to create a series to capture light to directly celebrate life in all its complexity as we move through time.
