Bio

​At just seven years old, Kelly Page discovered a sketchbook that had once belonged to the father she never knew. Inside were unfinished drawings, and with a child’s curiosity, she began completing them. That simple act ignited a lifelong passion for art that continues to shape her creative journey.
In recent years, Kelly has reawakened her passion for sculpture, expanding her practice beyond painting to include clay, mixed media, and three-dimensional forms. Her vibrant color palette and layered textures are often enriched with sculptural elements, light, glass, and mirrors, creating works that engage viewers on multiple levels. Through her art, she seeks to share hope, love, and strength while inspiring reflection—inviting others to explore their own memories, perspectives, and connections to the world around them.
She is an active member of the Bay Area arts community, serving as Membership Director for San Francisco Women Artists (SFWA) and as a member of the Art Guild of Pacifica.
Artist Statement
I’m Kelly Page, a Bay Area ceramic artist, sculptor and painter. From childhood sketchbooks to award-winning exhibitions, my journey has been shaped by a deep passion for clay, mixed media, and painting.
Art for me is a journey. I am always exploring new ways of creating it. Whether it is experimenting with different mediums to create new textures or being focused on the detail of a brush stroke. My understanding of form, craving to capture luminous light and seeing colors in a multi dimensional way is my language. Capturing a down to earth feeling of connection; connection to one another, to earth , to soul, to love and passion is my goal.
I live in the San Francisco Bay Area where I am inspired by ocean views on a daily basis. I have a love for traveling that leaves me captivated by stories and sights that are reflected in my paintings. My appreciation for life reveals itself in an instinctual and visceral way in my works. I use a luminous palette and textural surfaces to create dream-like visions in my pieces. Peace and harmony along with dance like brush strokes brings my work to life.
